THE AERONAUTICAL SOCIETY OF INDIA (AeSI)
The Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI) founded in 1948, with the first Prime Minister of Independent India as the Chief Patron, promotes the advancement and dissemination of knowledge of aeronautical and aerospace science/technologies in the country. Over the years, the society has grown into a major professional body with its 17th branch inaugurated at Kanyakumari on 15th April 2018 by Dr.K.Sivan, Hon. Chairman of ISRO at ISRO Propulsion Complex, Mahendragiri. AeSI, Kanyakumari spears ahead with various outreach programmes to encourage the contributions by the student community in the field of aerospace to fulfil the vision of a scientifically developed nation.

Rohini College of Engineering and Technology (RCET) situated in Kanyakumari district, aims at advancing the knowledge base of the engineering professions and to influence the future directions of engineering education and practice.
